The Company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to "Citra Flavours & Fragrances Ltd" w.e.f from 27th January, 1992. The Company has further changed its name to "Bisleri Exports Ltd" w.e.f 19th May, 1994. Thereafter the name was changed to "Parle Software Ltd" w.e.f. 25th May, 1995. The Company has further changed its name to "Parle Industries Ltd" w.e.f. 03rd day of September, 2019. It was a wholly owned subsidiary company of Parle Bisleri Ltd upto financial year 1999-2000. Thereafter it became wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Beam Infotech Ltd. Subsequent to the implementation of the Scheme, the Company has become a subsidiary of Eaugu Udyog Ltd). Currently the Company is subsidiary of Fortune Point Exports Private Limited.
